Costs of the different weekend packages

  • £480 includes all festival events, Sat and Sun, Sat and Sun meals, refreshments and accommodation for two nights (Friday and Saturday) in a single bnb budget room in Trinity College, with shared bathroom
  • £360 includes all festival events, Saturday and Sunday meals and refreshments. No accommodation.
  • £320 includes all festival events and refreshments. Bring your own meals. No accommodation.
  • ONE DAY bookings (option on the booking registration form) £160 per day will be released in a couple of months. All those coming for one day can attend the Friday evening of readings and book launches

    • N.B. Please note £100 of your booking fee serves as a non refundable deposit. We will refund all payments minus £100 up until 21st June, 2026. After 21st June, we can not issue refunds.

    How to Book

    Please fill in all the relevant categories on the registration form linked here and we will send you an email with a request for payment. (Categories are also included for the separate three-hour Friday pre-festival workshop with Kathy Fish £55 and the meals on Friday, 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm)

    Camping at Trinity College

    CURRENTLY PLENTY OF CAMPING TO BOOK

    • £20 a night. Showers and toilets in a building near the camping spots. If you would like to book camping please fill in the relevant category on the booking form

      We have a list of other accommodation options for those wanting to stay in hotels etc.

    Accommodation and General Meal Information

    STOP PRESS:(MARCH 4TH ) ROOMS AT TRINITY COLLEGE ARE NOW SOLD OUT Trinity College rooms are student-type rooms, basic but comfortable.

  • If you have booked a single room in Trinity College, you can book extra nights (on the booking form) for £60 per night on Thursday 16th and Sunday 19th July in
  • Meals: Breakfast, if you have booked bnb in Trinity College, breakfast is continental style

    Meals during the festival are a buffet lunch on Saturday and Sunday and a more extensive buffet meal on the Saturday evening. Catering from Bristol Catering Company Bristol) includes meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Let us know your dietary requests on the booking form.

  • On the form. you can also pre-order a freshly cooked chicken tikka with sides or vegetarian or beef chili with sides (£15) to eat on Friday afternoon at the festival fete/picnic. Available around 5.00pm.
