Costs of the different weekend packages

  • £470 includes all festival events, Sat and Sun, Sat and Sun meals, refreshments and accommodation for two nights (Friday and Saturday) in a single bnb budget room in Trinity College, with shared bathroom

    • ACCOMMODATION AT TRINITY COLLEGE SOLD OUT

  • £510 includes all festival events, Sat and Sun. Sat and Sun meals, refreshments and accommodation for two nights (Friday and Saturday) in a single bnb budget room, in Churchill Hall of Residence with shared bathroom.
  • £350 includes all festival events, Saturday and Sunday meals and refreshments. No accommodation.
  • £310 includes all festival events and refreshments. Bring your own meals. No accommodation.

    • N.B. Please note £100 of your booking fee serves as a non refundable deposit. We will refund all payments minus £100 up until 25th June, 2025. After 25th June, we can not issue refunds.

    How to Book

    Please fill in all the relevant categories on the booking form linked here and we will send you an email with a request for payment. (Categories are also included for the separate three-hour Friday pre-festival workshop with Kathy Fish £55 and the meals on Friday, 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm)

    Camping at Trinity College

    • There are six camper van spaces with electric hook up and 20 tent camping spaces without electric hook up at £20 per night in the grounds at Trinity. Showers and toilets in a building near the camping spots. If you would like to book camping please fill in the relevant category on the booking form

      We have a list of other accommodation options for those wanting to stay in hotels etc.

    Accommodation and General Meal Information

    • If you have booked a single room in either Trinity or Churchill Hall of Residence you can book extra nights (on the booking form) for £80 on Thursday 17th and Sunday 20th July in Chuchill College and £60 a night at Trinity.
    • Meals: Breakfast, if you have booked bnb in Trinity College or Churchill is continental style. No cooked food

      Meals during the festival are a buffet lunch on Saturday and Sunday and a more extensive buffet meal on the Saturday evening. Catering from Bristol Catering Company Bristol) includes meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Let us know your dietary requests on the booking form.

    • On the form. you can also pre-order a freshly cooked chicken tikka with sides or vegetarian or beef chili with sides (£15) to eat on Friday afternoon at the festival fete/picnic. Available around 5.00pm.
